A Hustler, an entrepreneur and ambitious… These are some of the adjectives that can be used to describe who Yakuba KANA is. This young man from the South-West region took up farming at a very early age and since then he has written his name in the book of leaders.
His hardworking nature has enabled him to brave the Presidency of the Balikumbat Elite Youths Farming CIG (BEYFCIG). This initiative group, which brings young farmers together, specializes in the production and marketing of several cassava-derived products, including flour. Their products are destined for several national markets, namely Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam and Bamenda.
These ambitions go beyond the regional level, Yakuba Kana intends, as national coordinator in charge of the marketing of local flour for PROFALCAM, to showcase his knowledge and expertise beyond borders. So, it is undoubtedly a name that we will soon be hearing more about in the agricultural sector in the nearest future.
