PROFALCAM has members who produce and sell local flour with their own labels before its creation.
PROFALCAM will always support them to develop and increase their market share in the retail business to be present in supermarkets with packages of one to ten kilograms.
They will deliver to PROFALCAM who will later repackage using PROFALCAM’s labels
As members of PROFALCAM, the price per kilogram will have to be renegotiated beforehand.
The Ministry of Youth and Civic Education is training young people in Cameroon’s 58 divisions to produce bread and other pastries from local flour and wheat flour.
PROFALCAM is in partnership with this Ministry to participate in the training, supporting the young people with available local flour and offering them access to favourable delivery conditions.
These young people who have become members of PROFALCAM and will fulfill their annual obligations shall have preferential purchase costs.
Support for the creation of one bakery per commune/borough throughout the Republic of Cameroon.
The bakery will have to use mainly composite flour made from wheat and local flour produced in the given region.
This activity is complementary to that of the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education (MINJEC).
Surplus flour will be exported to neigbouring countries.
