The Platform of Promoters of Local Flour in Cameroon
The Platform of Promoters of Local Flour in Cameroon (PROFALCAM) is a public-private platform that networks the various actors in the local flour value chain.
Created on August 23, 2022, at the end of Government’s implementation of the National Development Strategy 2020-2030 (SND 30), specifically a constitutive General Assembly chaired by the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development, Alamine Ousmane Mey.
PROFALCAM is thus a support mechanism for the Cameroonian government with regard to the import substitution policy for mass consumption products and export promotion.
THE ECOSYSTEM
